   Cancun Clipper Club, is a private hotel complex affiliated to the largest hotel chain in the world, Best Western. The Hotel is located in Punta Cancun, the northernmost end of Cancun Island, beside the beautiful Nichupte Lagoon and across the street from the convention center and near shops, restaurants and bars.
   Located on the lagoon in which there is no swimming (signs warn of the presence of crocodiles, though the creatures are seldom seen), the Clipper Club has no beach. All beaches in Mexico are public, however, so guests need only hop on a public bus to reach all of Cancun Island's 14 miles of white sand. Some beaches are within 5-to-15-minute walks of the hotel.
   The hotel is constructed in a Mediterranean style and has red-tiled roofs and its own lagoon in the form of a freeform pool also on site are pool and ping-pong tables, and a small hair salon.

Guests can choose hotel rooms, studios with kitchens, or one-bedroom suites with jetted tubs—all with tile floors, wooden shutters, and a mix of tropical and traditional Mexican decor.
