The hotel features 350 guest rooms which feature private bath with tub and shower, individually controlled air conditioning, color cable TV with remote control, telephone and balcony or terrace.

Standard Room: Features either a king or 2 queen beds, bathroom, tub, shower, radio, multiple closets, air conditioning, iron/ironing board, cable TV, safe and balcony. Garde, pool, ocean or oceanfront views.

Superior Room: Features either a king or 2 queen beds, large living area, full bathroom, shower, tub, alarm clock/radio, multiple closets, air conditioning, iron/ironing board, cable TV, and balcony. Garden, Pool or ocean view.

Penthouse Guest Room: Features either a king or 2 queen beds, located on top floor, full bathroom, radio, multiple closets, air conditioning, iron/ironing board, cable TV, and balcony. Pool or ocean view.

Agua Azul - Snacks & Dinner, Daily 10 am to 12 am - Mexican Cuisine
Features casual snacks from 10 am to 5 pm and Mexican specialties served a la carte for dinner from 6:30 pm to 12 am. Reservations required.
Bonampak - Located behind to the Lobby - Dinner, 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm - Pizza & Pasta
Features pizza and pasta on Monday and Tuesday evenings.

Oaxaca Grill - Dinner, 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm - Mexican Cuisine
The Oaxaca Grill features a la carte dining Tuesday and Wednesday evenings with grilled specialty items including chicken, beef and fish. Specialty meats and lobster additional surcharge.

Tulum - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Daily 7 am to 9:30 pm - International Cuisine
Enjoy scrumptious daily breakfast buffets from 7 am to 10:30 am, lunch from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm and special theme night dinner buffets from 6 pm to 9:30 pm.

Lobby Bar - La Cantina - Cocktails, Daily 5 pm to midnight - Tropical Drinks
La Cantina is located in the lobby and features live music daily from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
