   The Camino Real is situated overlooking landscaped tropical gardens in a quiet residential section of the city about 20-minutes from downtown Guadalajara.
   The hotel boasts four swimming pools, a lighted tennis court, a gym, a putting green and a children's playground. There is golf nearby for those who require more than the putting green.
   Choose among different restaurants on the property. Visit Aquellos Tiempos for authentic Mexican cuisine in a turn-of-the-century atmosphere. Dine at La Huerta, a casual coffee shop that spills into hotel gardens. Finish the evening off with live music and a tequila at La Diligencia. The Lobby Bar is also a relaxing place to have a conversation and a cocktail.

Dining

Aquellos Tiempos - Is a specialty restaurant with an early-century Mexican decor. Awarded the Four Diamond Award, it is doubtless Guadalajara's best restaurant, since its Mexican cuisine is delightful and is served with background piano music. Open 7:00 – 12:00 PM Monday to Friday, 13:00 – 01:00 AM Saturday

La Huerta - Breakfast, lunch, and dinners served in an informal setting, with a view of the hotel’s main gardens, it has an open terrace canopied by a millenary Rubber tree and a luxuriant Indian Laurel. The “La Huerta” restaurant has become, through the years, a reunion point for the society of Jalisco. There is a delicious international brunch on Sundays. Open Monday thru Sunday from 7:00 to 23:00 hrs.

La Diligencia - Finish the evening off with live music and a tequila.

Lobby Bar - Our lobby bar located at the restaurant’s entrance, where you can admire a 17th -century wood-carving of Saint Christopher, hand-carved on Savin wood, which is presumed to have been part of an hacienda in Mexico City and which was used by the Franciscan monks as an oratory. Open 07:00 – 01:00 AM Mondays thru Saturdays
