Only 20 minutes from Cancun International Airport, the hotel lays next to the quaint fishing village of Puerto Morelos.
   Personalized attention, relaxation and privacy prevail within the loving embrace of this romantic five-star hideaway, picturesquely set on its own private, white powder beach. Two restaurants, two pools, two bars, Spa, tennis court, a boutique, dive shop, conference room and library complement the resort’s 126 deluxe rooms and suites. Individually landscaped pods offer serene vistas of the Caribbean’s iridescent hues. Ceiba del Mar welcomes guests over 15 years old accompanied by parents or legal representative.
   The Spa at Ceiba del Mar is nestled cozily between the Mayan jungle and the mystical blue-greens of the Caribbean Sea. The programs here are designed to touch and heal one’s body, mind and spirit and reestablish a healthy, balanced whole. Our customized fitness-wellness programs will bring you that sense of well-being and overall health you need in order to regain the “essence” you may have lost in the rigors of day-to-day life. Yoga, aerobics, weights and state-of-the-art machines complement personalized sessions to control and relieve stress. Behavior modification programs provide nutritional facts, personal image perspectives and cooking demonstrations for low-calorie meals. Massages and body treatments add that sensuously pampered touch and our on-site restaurants prepare only nutritionally balanced meals low in fat and salt.
   Small pets allowed on property. Maximum weight limit 20 lbs. Pets must be on leash at all times while on property and they are not permitted in the restaurants or pool areas. Reservation required and hotel authorization, applies surcharge.

   The hotel features guestrooms which reflect a Mexican contemporary style with lively colors and are disseminated in eight three-floor buildings. Each of the buildings has its own sunroof terrace with Jacuzzi, bar and personalized concierge service.
   Guestrooms feature telephone with data port, Cable TV with remote, VCR, CD player, hairdryer, safe deposit box, fully-stocked service bar plus terrace with hammock. Bathrobes and slippers for guests plus daily newspaper provided.

Arrecife Grill and Lounge is located on the beach and is open during the day for light fare and tropical beverages in a most laid-back atmosphere.

Xtabay - Breakfast & Dinner, Daily 7 am to 11 am and 6:30 pm to 11 pm - Mediterranean & Spa Cuisine
Open mornings and evenings and features Mediterranean cuisine with Mexican specialties and Spa cuisine in a refined atmosphere although keeping with the informal ambiance of the Mexican Caribbean.
