Hacienda Tres Rios is nestled
in a 326-acre pristine nature park in the Riviera Maya, Hacienda
Tres Ríos is a luxury Caribbean resort forty five minutes south of
Cancun’s International Airport.
Opened November 2008, Hacienda Tres Ríos is the first resort of
five at Tres Ríos. Hacienda Tres Ríos Resort boasts 273 suites using
native materials and featuring breathtaking views of the tranquil
turquoise Caribbean Sea.
The Endless Luxury All-Inclusive Plan at Hacienda Tres Ríos
combines warm hospitality and luxurious room accommodations,

Make yourself at home in one of our 273 spacious suites. Our design
style is modern Mexican inspired by the hacienda style of yesterday with
features like local mahogany, Mexican marble floors and bathrooms. To
ensure a luxurious night’s sleep, each suite welcomes you with 300
thread-count Egyptian cotton linens, extra-thick luxury mattresses, and
a pillows menu , from which you can choose your own special pillow. Most
suites have a Jacuzzi for two and views of the turquoise ocean.
Hacienda Tres Rios Ceiba Junior Suite - Each spacious Junior
Suite (645 sq ft) features:Two Queen size beds or one King size bed,
Mexican mahogany furniture, 32” flat screen satellite TV, CD & DVD
players, Mexican marble floors, Coffee maker, Air conditioning, Outside
jacuzzi ($). Also included: Living area with sofa bed, Terrace or
private balcony, Iron and ironing board, In-room laptop size safe, Alarm

Hacienda Tres Rios Casa Grande One-Bedroom Suite - Each luxurious
Casa Grande One-bedroom Suite (1236 sqft) features all that the Ceiba
Junior Suite offers plus; One King size bed, Two full-size bathrooms;
master bathroom with sit-down vanity and his/hers sinks, Separate living
area with sofa bed and dining table for 6,

Hacienda Tres Rios Hacienda Two-Bedroom Suite - Each sumptuous
Two-bedroom Suite (1236 sqft) combines all the features of the Casa
Grande One-bedroom Suite with all the features of a Ceiba Junior Suite.
Included: Master bedroom, Junior bedroom and separate living area, Three
full-size bathrooms; master bathroom with sit-down vanity and his/hers
sinks, Three sofa beds and dining table for 6, Mexican mahogany
furniture, Two Jacuzzis for two (in most), 32” flat screen satellite TV,
