Sandos Caracol Eco Resort and Spa
is located on the Mayan Riviera 40 minutes from Cancun’s international
airport and five minutes from Playa del Carmen. Sandos Caracol Eco
Resort and Spa is a unique environmental friendly 24-hour all inclusive
beach resort.
Sandos Caracol Eco Resort and Spa offers 78 three-story buildings
with a total of 996 rooms and lies in an extensive natural area at the
edge of an exotic jungle surrounded by mangroves and natural lagoons.
Guestroom amenities include one king or two queen size beds, private
bathroom with shower including hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan,
satellite color TV, alarm clock radio, telephone, mini-bar with mineral
water, soft drinks and beer and safe deposit box.
For your dining pleasure, the hotel offers six restaurants
including three specialty restaurants offering a la carte dining. Hotel
amenities include four swimming pools with two separate children’s pool,
a spa with sauna, steam room, whirlpool and fitness center, two tennis
courts, water sports center, discotheque, indoor/outdoor theater, a
kid’s club, travel and car rental agencies, boutique, money exchange
bureau, photo shop, medical services, beauty salon, internet room and
laundry services.
Our all inclusive rate includes three daily meals including buffet
breakfast and lunch plus a la carte dinner service, 24-hour snack
service, unlimited domestic beer, soft drinks, house wine and domestic
and international cocktails, a daily activities program and nightly
entertainment.
Standard Garden View - Guestroom amenities include one king or
two queen size beds, private bathroom with shower including hairdryer,
air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite color TV, alarm clock radio,
telephone, mini-bar with mineral water, soft drinks and beer, safe
deposit box and balcony with garden, pool or jungle view.
Standard Ocean View - Guestroom amenities include one king or two
queen size beds, private bathroom with shower including hairdryer, air
conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite color TV, alarm clock radio,
telephone, mini-bar with mineral water, soft drinks and beer and safe
deposit box. Please note ocean view rooms do not feature balcony.
Junior Suite Garden - Our spacious Junior Suites feature king size
bed plus living area with double sofa bed. Terrace with garden, pool or
jungle view and whirlpool. Private bathroom with shower including
hairdryer, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite color TV, alarm
clock radio, telephone, mini-bar with mineral water, soft drinks and
beer and safe deposit box.
Deluxe Standard - Guestroom amenities include one king with
additional double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower including
hairdryer and whirlpool, air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite color
TV, alarm clock radio, telephone, mini-bar with mineral water, soft
drinks and beer, safe deposit box and balcony with garden, pool or
jungle view.
Special Notes: Under the all inclusive plan, two children 1 and
under are free when sharing their parent's room using existing bedding.
Children between the ages of 2 and 12 will pay child's rate. When two
adults are traveling, the first child 2 to 12 is free; the second child
2 to 12 will pay child's rate. One child allowable for each parent.

The Riviera - Dinner, Daily 7 PM to 10 PM - Mediterranean

Oriental - Dinner, Daily 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM - Oriental Cuisine
Oriental cuisine with a la carte service. Casual elegance in the
evening; dress shorts are allowed. Two dinner seating's nightly.
Reservations required.
Los Gauchos “El Gaucho” - Grill/Steak House specialties with a la
*Carte service, Schedule:Dinner: 6:00pm -9:30pm
Dress code: Casual attire. Casual elegance in the evening, dress shorts
are allowed. No swim wear, tops and bare feet allowed in the
restaurants. Reservations required.
