My husband is too wild, I need to go home and find my mom.

Chapter 110 Cockfighting

Chapter 110 Cockfighting

Linni doesn't like to talk much in front of other males these days, so she smiled and looked at Feng. Feng received her look and said, "We are beastmen from the Tiger Beast Tribe of the Overlapping Mountains. We are on our way to the Eagle Beast Tribe and thought we would like to stay here for a couple of days."

The level 5 Golden Pheasant Beastman said happily, "Welcome! Our Golden Pheasant Tribe is the most hospitable! Please follow me!" After saying that, he whispered to a level 4 Golden Pheasant Beastman next to him, "Run back quickly and tell the chieftain!"

"Yes!" The level four orc transformed into a golden pheasant and strode back to the tribe.

The level 5 golden pheasant orc said to Linni and the others, "My name is Dali, please follow me."

Everyone followed the level 5 pheasant orc, Dali, towards the pheasant tribe. Dali and her companion moved quickly, striding forward. Linni couldn't keep up a bit, but her partners, used to her speed, followed slowly beside her. After walking a while, Dali looked back and saw that they were quite far apart. She immediately stopped and waited for them, smiling sheepishly, and said, "Sorry, I didn't expect the little female to walk by herself. The females here don't like to walk by themselves."

Linni smiled at him: "It's okay."

Feng said, "I'll carry Lin with me."

Lin Ni nodded. Feng handed the wild boar he had been holding to Bai, then reached out and picked Lin Ni up, letting her sit on his left shoulder. Lin Ni hadn't expected him to hold her like that, and quickly reached out to hug his shoulder. But sitting like this was quite comfortable, and she could see far—not bad! Lin Ni looked at Feng's enormous tiger head and couldn't resist reaching out to touch his head and fluffy tiger ears. She usually thought Feng's beast form was a bit fierce, not as cute as Bai Shu and Bai Ji, but now, looking at his phoenix-eyed tiger head, she suddenly found him quite adorable.

Lin Ni had no idea that Feng's face was practically bleeding red! But since he was now a tiger with yellow fur on his face, no one could tell. She kept touching the tiger's head and face, then pinching its ears, while her eyes were fixed on the surrounding scenery.

Passing through the bushes, Linni saw many of the same thick, hollow trees that she and Yao had stayed in on their first night in the Central Forest after arriving on the Orcish Continent. Aside from a few treehouses, most of the orcs in their tribe lived in these tree hollows. Linni noticed that many of the tree hollows were two-tiered, with small openings resembling windows about three meters high, and some even had orcs peering out from within. These trees were rarely seen in the towering mountains; it seemed that she realized the sheer cliffs were their natural habitat.

A level 7 high-level middle-aged golden pheasant beastman led six mid-level males to greet Lin Ni and her companions, saying with a smile, "Welcome to our Golden Pheasant Tribe, high-level beastmen and females from the towering mountains! I am the chieftain of the Golden Pheasant Tribe: Da Chun."

Feng said, "I am Feng from the Tiger Beast Tribe of the Layered Mountains. I would like to ask if your tribe knows anything about the Cursed Land?"

Da Chun tilted his head and asked, puzzled, "The cursed land? We don't know about it."

Yan explained, "It's a place where a strange red flower grows, and the ferocious beast inside has bloodshot eyes and emits black energy."

Da Chun's expression turned serious. He exchanged a glance with the person next to him, and then said to Feng, "There seems to be a place like this a few days' journey south from our Jinji tribe. However, the place looks a bit scary. Our tribesmen have not gone in to see it, so we don't know what's going on."

Suddenly, Ye said, "Isn't the Peacock Tribe eight or nine days' journey south from your tribe?"

Da Chun's eyes flickered slightly: "The Peacock Tribe is to our south." After saying that, he looked at Ye several times: "You're Ye, the wandering snake-beastman who left the Peacock Tribe two years ago? You're already a high-level beastman?"

Ye stared coldly at Da Chun, exuding the aura of an eighth-level orc: "You'd better tell me the truth!"

Da Chun took two steps back in fear and said, "Our tribe members don't usually hunt in such far places, so we really don't know what's going on in the distance. I only heard from the flying beastmen in the tribe that they discovered a strange place in the south, but it's too far away for us to check."

Linni looked at Ye with some concern: "Is this the tribe where Ye lived before?"

Ye shook his head: "I don't know, we'll find out when we get there."

Feng glanced at Bai, then said to Da Chun, "Just arrange a place for us to stay."

Bai handed the wild boar to a male man beside Da Chun, who accepted it with a look of delight. Da Chun was also pleased: "This reward is too generous for just one night's stay!"

Ye said impatiently, "Stop talking nonsense!"

Da Chun nodded hurriedly, "Okay, okay!" Then he led everyone to a big tree, "This will do. This tree hollow is for us to entertain passing guests." It has to be said that as a small tribe near the edge of the towering cliffs, there are always beastmen passing by. Moreover, those who dare to travel such a long distance are basically high-level beastmen. So the Jinji tribe is quite experienced and has specially reserved a big tree hollow to entertain passing strongmen.

I went inside to take a look. It was quite spacious and bright, and very clean. The tree hollow had all the necessary living supplies, including a stove, firewood, a stone pot, and even a spare sand basin. So I nodded and said, "Alright, you can go and do your own thing."

Da Chun smiled at the group, then said to Lin Ni, "My lovely little female, I live in that tree hole across the street. You can come and find me if you need anything."

Lin Ni looked across and noticed that the tree hole on the other side seemed smaller than this one. It seemed that Da Chun was quite good at dealing with people. So she nodded and said, "Chief Da Chun, thank you very much."

Da Chun wanted to say something, but under Feng and Ye's cold gazes, he gave an awkward smile and left.

After he left, Linni saw many beastmen from the Golden Pheasant Tribe. They emerged from their tree hollows but didn't approach; they simply watched from a distance. Not only were the male beastmen's pectoral muscles incredibly exaggerated, but the females' breasts were equally enormous, like two watermelons placed on their chests, the smallest being at least the size of two coconuts. Linni had never felt insecure about her figure before; after all, she was curvy in all the right places, but seeing these DEFGOPQ cups made her feel inferior! They were too voluptuous!

As Linni stood at the entrance of the tree hollow watching the orcs of the Pheasant Tribe, her companions began packing their belongings and dinner. Before coming, they had hunted several animals, intending to use them to trade with the orcs of the Pheasant Tribe. Linni's ration was a pheasant, which they had already prepared; now they would cut it in half for her to boil and roast.
