Chapter 15 The Sudden Arrival of Menstruation

Linni was pleasantly surprised to discover that clothing made from snake slough had excellent waterproof and breathable properties! Linni then said, "Baizhu, get my hiking backpack."

Bai Shu brought her the backpack, and Lin Ni painfully and laboriously rummaged through it to find her sanitary napkin. She wanted to get up to deal with it, but she couldn't stand up and could only wait for Ye to come back so he could carry her there.

To solve her bathing and bodily needs, Linni had Ye create a small space in a corner using animal hides.

Ye stayed by Lin Ni's side, boiling water, cooking meat soup, changing her clothes, wiping her sweat, changing her blankets, and carrying her to take care of her bodily needs. Lin Ni's fever didn't subside until the afternoon of the next day. She leaned against Bai Shu and ate most of the potato and meat stew she had eaten with Ye's help. She felt much better afterward.

Linni wiped her sweat with a towel and said to Ye, "Ye, I want to take a shower." Under Ye's questioning gaze, she felt her request might be a bit unreasonable, but still brazenly said, "I want to take a hot shower."

"A hot shower?" While Ye was pondering how to take a hot shower, Lin Ni gestured with a circle about the size of a washbasin: "Could you find something this big, put it on the stove, and heat the water? I want to wash up."
