Chapter 117 Yukimura Seiichi 41
Chapter 117 Yukimura Seiichi 41
Marui Bunta, Kirihara Akaya, and the jackal Kuwabara are catching fireflies and competing to see who can catch the most.
Genichiro Sanada and Hiroshi Yagyu leisurely and quietly enjoyed the scenery.
Karuizawa truly lives up to its reputation as a tourist paradise; even deep in the mountains, there are unique landscapes to be found.
"Sanada, Yagyu, come quick, let's take a picture together!"
"coming."
Genichiro Sanada and Hiroshi Yagyu jogged over, while Renji Yagyu set the time, ran to the line, and stood in line.
The background features a rainbow above the waterfall, with fireflies twinkling nearby.
The image freezes on everyone's smiles, capturing this precious moment.
We arrived above the waterfall.
The boys were setting up a tent. Qingyue spread out a cloth and placed food on it so they could eat when they finished.
It's 2 a.m. now. I ate dinner at 8 p.m. and I've been exercising for so long, I must be hungry.
Renji Yanagi chose a spot to set up the camera so that he could press the button directly after sunrise without needing to make many adjustments.
No one was sleepy; everyone was wide awake.
Time slowly passed by.
The sun finally rose.
Everyone smiled broadly, as if welcoming the dawn of their victory.
The sun was high in the afternoon.
The people in the two tents were still fast asleep.
The cell phone rings.
They then reached their hands out of their sleeping bags.
"Hello." A sleepy voice came through the phone.
Keigo Atobe on the other end of the phone frowned: "Huh? You guys are still not up so late? Did you go thieving last night?"
"Almost there, you've arrived?"
After the conversation, Sanada Genichiro's eyes cleared up a bit.
Atobe Keigo: "No, I'm just calling to ask if you guys want to come over for lunch. Seigaku agreed."
Genichiro Sanada checked the time.
It was already 10 a.m. They hadn't gone to sleep until almost 6 a.m., so these few hours were enough.
Now that they're down the mountain, they don't have time to cook.
"Okay, but we'll be a little late, so you don't need to wait for us."
"I'm not going to wait for you."
Atobe Keigo hung up the phone immediately. According to Rikkai University's schedule, they shouldn't be up yet. Did they really go out to steal last night?
I sent a message to Tezuka Kunimitsu of Seigaku, saying that I would be having dinner later and that they didn't need to rush over.
"Everyone wake up, it's time to pack your bags and head down the mountain to your lodgings."
"woke up."
While they were on the phone, they were already preparing to wake up; all they needed to do was wash their faces.
Another tent.
Hearing the noise, Yukimura Seiichi unzipped his sleeping bag and looked at a girl who was still fast asleep next to him.
He packed his things quietly, and since she hadn't woken up yet, he simply carried her downstairs on his back. She didn't need to compete like the others.
He nudged Kirihara Akaya, who was inside the sleeping bag next to him.
Kirihara Akaya, fearing he might do something to Qingyue, also squeezed into the small tent.
"Let me sleep for five more minutes."
Kirihara Akaya smacked his lips, turned his head, but didn't open his eyes.
Yukimura Seiichi whispered in his ear, "Akaya, the match has already started!"
"what!"
Kirihara Akaya sat bolt upright in shock, instantly becoming fully awake.
Qingyue was also startled by the shout and woke up groggily.
I covered my mouth and yawned; I'm still so sleepy!
Her head was nodding off, and Yukimura Seiichi reached out to support it, letting her lean against him and continue sleeping.
With something to hold onto, and knowing she hadn't slept enough, Qingyue quickly drifted off to sleep again.
Yukimura Seiichi lowered his head and gently kissed her forehead, then ran his fingertips along her cheeks twice. She slapped his hand away, annoyed by the ticklish feeling, and then made no further moves.
He was certain that if she felt itchy or anything again, she wouldn't be able to sleep anymore; she would jump up and confront him.
Seeing that his cousin was still asleep, Kirihara Akaya quickly covered his mouth.
"Aka, you pack up here, I'll carry her down the mountain," Yukimura Seiichi said silently.
Kirihara Akaya nodded repeatedly.
He quickly folded the sleeping bag, put it in his bag, and then dismantled the tent in a few moments.
Yukimura Seiichi carried Qingyue down the mountain, she was covered with a blanket.
Everyone had a lot of confidence in Yukimura Seiichi's stamina and wasn't worried that he wouldn't have the energy to compete if he carried people down the mountain.
If it were them, they would do the same if their girlfriends were so sleepy. Not to mention Yuecheng, they are sleepy right now, and their sleepiness will not completely disappear until they wash up.
The descent was quick and the journey was smooth, and we arrived at our accommodation at the foot of the mountain without any bumps.
Everyone dropped their bags and rushed into the bathroom, some brushing their teeth, others taking a shower.
Yukimura Seiichi waited until he finished washing up before waking Qingyue.
It's already 12 o'clock, time to get up and eat.
"Seiichi, why didn't you call me when we came down the mountain? You have a competition today, and you even carried me down the mountain."
Qingyue rubbed her eyes, completely forgetting that she had woken up once along the way while on the mountaintop.
Yukimura Seiichi ruffled her hair: "This amount of exercise is just right as a warm-up. We're going to the Atobe family for lunch, so get up and tidy up."
"You didn't tell me earlier!"
Qingyue immediately threw off the covers and quickly entered the bathroom.
After everyone was ready, they packed up all the items they had brought. After the competition today, they left directly and returned to Kanagawa.
After placing my luggage on the bus and checking my package, I boarded the bus to the Atobe family's private residence.
After washing their faces, they were no longer sleepy.
It was almost 1 p.m. when they arrived; the Seigaku students had arrived half an hour earlier.
Upon seeing the Rikkai members arrive, Atobe Keigo immediately ordered the dishes to be served and the meal to begin. They ate a little something to tide them over, but didn't dare to eat too much, as they were truly hungry.
"Sorry we're late," Yukimura Seiichi said apologetically.
Yuushi Oshitari asked, "Did you really go thief last night?"
Marui Bunta: "Yes, the thief who stole fireflies."
Ryo Shishido was speechless: "You guys really have a lot of leisure time, catching fireflies in the middle of the night. You must be too idle all the time!"
“You don’t understand anything.” Kirihara Akaya turned his head and held it high.
"Ah, yes, yes."
The crowd was very perfunctory.
Kirihara Akaya: "..."
I suddenly understand how Atobe-senpai feels when he's treated by his own cousin.
After lunch.
The Atobe family originally had three tennis courts, but three more were added across the street for a training camp, so now they have six tennis courts.
An afternoon is enough time for them to finish the competition.
The three schools gathered together to draw lots.
Since the number of participants is limited, there will be one extra person who won't be able to compete. We'll see who the lucky one is.
"Can't Tsukishiro-san compete?" Kikumaru Eiji pointed at Tsukishiro Qingyue: "If we include her, the number of participants will be even."
Yukimura Seiichi directly refused: "She is not in the competition."
"All right!"
Kikumaru Eiji was disappointed. He had heard from the little one that the girl was very strong, and he really wanted to compete with her!
Ryoma Echizen from Seigaku got a bye.
"Ah! What a pity, we won't be able to see Young Master Ryoma's matches."
